I just wanted to say that I recieved excellent service at your Salon in Greens Gym yesterday evening. My stylist was Jodie and Assistant was Abbie.
 
They were both excellent and made me feel very comfortable after a long stressful day at work. Jodie gave me a fabulous haircut and was very talkative, it didn't feel rushed and felt like she listened to what I wanted from my haircut.  
 
You are very lucky to have such lovely and dedicated staff.
 
I will definately be back soon.

Good Morning,

Having been to your salon twice in less than a week. I must tell you how great your staff are for the beauty treatment.

Lauren is a real professional and makes you feel really special and the personal attention she gives is fantastic.

On Saturday I had an asian lady (first time I have been to her) she did a crystal facial for me, she was absolutly excellant and even gave me a small hand massage when the mask way drying. She is a real credit to you and I have already booked to come in with her again. she also recommended products which was great.

They both are really outstanding and I have recommended family and friends to come to your salons.

well what can i say, outstanding service and i cant get over the fact people are so friendly, the guy that cuts my hair is just awesome. what a nice guy! so friendly and he evens remeber you from the previous visits! definately would recommend him to anyone, great hairdresser, gives his opinion, tells you whats nice and whats not and can talk for england about anything and everything, i just love going to get my hair cut! credit goes to him and the staff for making it what it is. excellent place , would rate it 10/10! if you ever go to the salon in birstall!!!!

I would like to wish both of you and all your staff a happy christmas and new year.
I would also like to take this oppurtunity to mention how impressed  I am with all your staff at the salon.
Not only are they very friendly but also of high standard.  It is very rare to find a salon with a full member of staff with both of these qualities.  It must take a lot of effort and time to ensure that such high standard staff is employed, therefore, compliments go to you both (by the way I'm not crawling or looking for a freebie such stating how I feel).
Would you please also thank Jodi for ensuring my hair was done even though it meant her working late.

I was really impressed again that yor staff members made me feel welcome and looked after me. I want to say a special thanks to both Nicola and Jadye for making my visit to the hairdressers enjoyable and taking care of me. I was so pleased with Nicola and the way my hair turned out as it made me stand out at my Christmas party. People were impressed and all night kept asking me where I had my hair cut and styled. Some even suggested visiting Davies & Greenwood  Thanks Nicola and Jadye.
Would recommed you to all my family and friends.
To attract more people I think you should have more offers and special discounts. Offers when's it a clients birthday or special occassions.

When I visit a salon - any salon - I want to feel special, pampered and looked after.
I have always left Davies & Greenwood looking and feeling much better than when I arrived - and so I am a very happy customer!
The salon has a good contemporary image - modern, clean and not too 'stylised' - (less is more).
The staff are always well turned out, clean and well-groomed. They are always smiling and courteous. 
The product line is good quality and enticing.
Pricing is competitive and affordable and I think you offer good value for money.
The toilet is always clean and is a pleasure to use!
The premises always seem spotless - this is a paramount point for me - very important - so I am always very pleased to find everything looking 'just so' - it contributes a long way to feeling pampered and special!
The beauty area is brilliant, spacious and CLEAN.
I am pleased to see that you do not have 'Take A Break' type of magazines - don't go there!  In fact I have only seen books in your salon - this is good too.  If you do have magazines I am sure you would only have Vogue, Home & Garden etc
 
It is fantastic that you have come to Birstall - I think you have 'raised the game' here.  I am pleased to note that you have high standards and are doing an admirable job at maintaining them.  I only wish that other shops in the village followed your lead.... Perhaps now they will...

Sorry further to me previous email... I think your evening opening times are good too - it was lovely the other month for me to be able to get my hair done just before a night out!  Plus it got my husband through your door too - he thought it was brilliant to get his hair cut after work instead of giving up a Saturday morning.

The staff at the Birstall branch are very welcoming and friendly.  The salon decor is nice and sleek and the back wash sinks really comfortable.  And very importantly - Kolla does my hair and the end result is always fabulous.

How do I start? Congratulations! My personal experience of salons was not very good untill now. From being just someone that pays the stylists bills to being treated like a valued customer Is fantastic. Keep up the good work!

As you know from when I have had my hair done by Kolla, I am delighted with your salon. In my view, it is the classiest salon in Birstall and from my experience, probably in Leicester.
 
My hair is very fine and as I have got older, the texture has altered a lot and so has the colour. When I was younger, my hair was quite a deep ginger, in fact, ginger has been a nickname in the past.
 
Until Kolla started doing my hair, I have never been happy with a hairdresser regardless of how much I have paid.
 
I always have a really good feeling when I know I have an appointment at your salon. The decor and the ambiance gives an impression of quality and care. All your staff are pleasant and welcoming and have obviously been well trained. I like the way everyone is friendly and determined to make whatever treatment you have, to be a good experience.
 
I really cannot find any fault with your salon, so please stay there, keep Kolla and I will keep on coming.

I thought that the experience was very enjoyable and that you were all professional.

I had been with another very well know salon for years and decided for various reasons to have a change which was a decision not taken lightly!!!.

I was very apprehensive but fortunately Kulla put me at ease and was just the ticket!!

I look forward to my next appointment.

The only "down" side was that you cannot reply to the text message you send as a reminder.

Hi thanks for your e-mail.  I had an appointment with Jade last Friday in your Birstall salon.  Jade was great, the haircut was great she did it exactly as I wanted it and I thought the salon was great, stylish and comfortable but not too pretentious. Enjoyed my visit I will definately be back again for a future appoinment with Jade.

I have been to many salons in the past but I have never returned on a regular basest...However Davies & Greenwood Salons are different !
 
The staff at the Bristall Salon always provided a very professional, efficient and friendly service. I can honestly say I have never been made to feel so comfortable in this sort of environment before.

I always enjoy coming to your salon.  The interior is beautiful and the staff are lovely.  I enjoy the fact that we can have a laugh and a joke whilst my hair is being done because I wouldn't want to be reading a womens magazine that's for sure
